The hotels listed are the official lodging for the 2009 ASTC Annual Conference. Please do not accept any solicitations from outside sources. Travel
Air Transportation:
The Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is located about 35 minutes from the Fort Worth Convention Center. Its five terminals are serviced by two connecting options: Skylink and Terminal Link.
ASTC has designated American Airlines as the official 2009 conference airline. Purchase tickets online or by calling 800/433-1790 to receive a 5% discount off the lowest applicable fares; use promotion code A49H9AD. Discounted fares are valid for travel October 25-November 9.
Ground Transportation:
The ground transportation system at the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport includes rental cars, taxis, public transportation, courtesy cars, shared rides, limousines and charter buses. Airport Shuttle:
Special $14 one-way discounted rates have been negotiated with Go Yellow Checker Shuttle for transportation between the airport and the ASTC official hotels.
Public Transportation:
Commuter rail service to Dallas and Fort Worth is available on the Trinity Railway Express (TRE). For more information, call 214/979-1111 (Dallas), 817/215-8600 (Fort Worth).
Taxis:
Taxi service is available on the upper level of Terminals A, B, C and E, and on the lower level of Terminal D. An Airport Guest Assistant will be available at the taxi stands between 8:00 AM and midnight. Fare to ASTC official hotels is approximately $55.00 and up.
Parking:
