Do you see triangles?
In this illusion, developed by 20th-century Italian psychologist Gaetano Kanizsa, our brains see “virtual borders” that aren’t really there.

Wild Music
Wild Music: Sounds & Songs of Life Now available

Since 1974, ASTC Exhibition Services has supported excellence and innovation in science exhibitions through collaborations with science centers and other organizations worldwide. From our office in Washington, D.C., we work with partners to support sharing of knowledge and experience and assist with planning, marketing, and management of traveling exhibitions. Our work is grounded in experience over more than three decades with 200 traveling exhibition projects.

Current traveling exhibition projects:

spacer Wild Music: Sounds & Songs of Life , a partnership with the Science Museum of Minnesota and University of North Carolina at Greensboro Music Research Institute, explores evidence for the biological origins of music—and expands our understanding of what makes music.

spacer Black Holes from the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics in Cambridge, Massachusetts, explores the search for black holes—the most mysterious and powerful objects in the universe.

spacer Giant Worlds from the Space Science Institute in Boulder, Colorado, explores the giant planets to expand our understanding of the origins of solar systems, formation of stars and planets, and conditions necessary for life.

spacerChildren's Science Book Collection a long-time partnership with the National Science Teachers Association and the Children’s Book Council, offers the best science books of the year.

For rental information or to discuss partnering with ASTC Exhibition Services, contact Wendy Hancock, Exhibition Services Manager, at 202/783-7200 x117; or e-mail exhibits@astc.org.
