About the Honor Committee
The ambition of IGLO is universal. Besides its scientific objectives, it should help change citizens’ attitudes toward energy consumption and encourage them to become more involved in the decision-making processes. Therefore, it is important to complement the scientific information with examples of good governance. The IGLO Honor Committee includes important decision makers and celebrities who have expressed concern about global warming and are ready to act. They are international advocates for the objectives and outcomes of IGLO as well as role models for the public.
